What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ is negotiable rather than published as one fixed number, because it depends on the dosage form and on the packaging you choose. Tell us the format and the size of the first run you can commit to, and we will tell you what is workable on that line. The goal is to get your product into the market and reordering, not to make you fill a container on day one.

How is the minimum order quantity actually calculated?

Three things set the floor. First, the batch size of the equipment — a blender or a gummy depositor has a minimum working volume below which the mix is not uniform, and that volume differs by line. Second, the raw materials: some actives are only sold in sealed drums, so one drum is the smallest amount we can open for your formula. Third, packaging — printed bottles, labels and cartons have their own print minimums, usually higher than the product itself. Once we know your format and packaging we can show you which of the three is binding for your project.

Which dosage forms can you produce?

Ten production lines cover capsules, softgels, tablets, gummies, powders, liquids and stick sachets, plus drops and plant extracts. All of it runs in the same building under the same quality system, so extending a brand into a second format later does not mean qualifying a second supplier or re-auditing another plant.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

A factory. The plant covers 30,000 m², including 15,000 m² of Class 100,000 (ISO 8) cleanroom, and every order runs on our own lines under our own quality system. That matters when you ask what went into a batch: the answer comes out of our own records rather than from a supplier we would have to email first. Buyers are welcome on site, and we can do a live video walkthrough of the floor during your inquiry.

Can you develop a custom formula, or only supply existing ones?

Both. Thirty of our 120 staff work in R&D, and more than 5,000 formulations have come out of that team — some are ready to license and label as they are. For a custom brief, our formulators turn your specification into something that is stable, tastes right and still meets your target cost, and the finished formula is yours to keep. We also work in reverse: bring a competitor product and we will tell you what it would take to match or improve on it.

How long does it take to get a sample?

Most briefs go from specification to a physical sample in three to seven days. You taste it, check the finish and tell us what to change — one round on a real sample settles arguments about texture and flavour much faster than another exchange of documents. Sample and courier costs are confirmed with your quotation before we start.

What is the production lead time after the order is placed?

Lead time is quoted per project, because it is driven by two things we confirm before we start: whether every raw material is in stock, and whether your printed packaging has arrived. Production itself is the predictable part. We give you a date in writing with the order confirmation and tell you immediately if a material lead time moves it — a schedule you can plan a launch around is worth more than an optimistic one.

What certifications does the factory hold?

Six, and they do different jobs. cGMP is the manufacturing standard the plant runs to day to day. FDA registration is the US food facility registration that lets product enter the United States — it is a registration, not an FDA endorsement of any product. GACC export food producer registration is the Chinese customs filing that has to exist before goods can legally leave the country. ISO 22000 and HACCP are the food safety management system and the hazard analysis behind it, and they are the two your auditor will actually read. Halal certification covers buyers selling into Muslim markets. Ask us for full copies with certificate numbers for your audit file.

Who supplies the labels, bottles and cartons?

Either of us can. We can source bottles, caps, labels and cartons against your artwork and quote them as part of the project, which is what most buyers choose because it keeps one schedule and one point of contact. If you have your own printer or a packaging supplier you want to keep, send us the specification and delivery date and we will receive the material and run it. What we always need in writing before production is the artwork, the carton dimensions and the pallet pattern.

Will my product be compliant in my own market?

Our certifications say the plant is audited, under process control and cleared to export. They do not by themselves make your product compliant where you sell it — that depends on your formula, your claims and your label, and the obligation sits with whoever owns the brand on the bottle. What we do is review your intended market, dosage form and claims at the briefing stage and flag anything that will not clear, because a label problem found before printing costs a revision and one found at the border costs the shipment. Tell us where you are selling and we will tell you what documentation is needed and what we can supply.

What testing documentation comes with a batch?

Every shipment carries a COA and MSDS. Identity, potency, heavy metals and microbial panels run in our own lab, with third-party verification available on request. Batch records, in-process checks and line clearance are documented at each step, and batch numbers trace back to the raw material lots — so a finished bottle can be followed back to the drum it came from. We also prepare the additional market-specific paperwork your destination asks for, such as a certificate of origin.

What are your payment terms?

T/T and L/C are both accepted, with the deposit and balance split confirmed in the quotation. Terms are part of the commercial discussion rather than a fixed rule, and they tend to move as a working relationship builds — the first order and the fifth do not have to look the same.

How do you ship, and can you deliver to Amazon FBA or my 3PL?

FOB, CIF or DDP — we can work with your forwarder or arrange the booking ourselves. Delivery direct to a 3PL warehouse or into Amazon FBA is routine, including FNSKU labelling and the carton requirements FBA imposes. Carton dimensions, pallet patterns and export marks are confirmed in writing before production starts, because those are the details that turn into a rejected delivery if they are assumed rather than agreed.

Who owns the formula, and will you keep it confidential?

The finished formula is yours. We sign an NDA before you send anything sensitive, and we do not resell a formula developed for you to another buyer. If you bring an existing specification of your own, it stays yours — our part is manufacturing it to that specification and documenting that we did.

What information do you need to send me a quote?

Four things get you a real number instead of a range: the dosage form, the formula or an existing label you want matched, the first-run quantity you have in mind, and the market you are selling into. Packaging preferences help, but we can quote around them. Send that and you will usually get a formulation assessment and tiered pricing back within one business day.
